We aim to despatch within 1 working day of receiving your order, usually by Evri or Royal Mail. We will send you an email to let you know your parcel is on its way. Delivery can take between 2 to 5 days.

Returns
If you change your mind about any purchase, you can return your order at any time up to 30 days after the day of delivery, providing they are in original resaleable condition. Please contact us for a returns number.
At your cost please return unused goods, along with your order number and the original packaging for a full refund of the goods less the cost of delivery.

We advise you to return items using a tracked or recorded service to ensure your returned goods reach us safely. We cannot accept liability for any loss of items until they have been received by us.
Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
